A rogue state seeks to obtain two sets of blueprints for the construction of a thermonuclear device so small it will fit into a panel van and could destroy the entire city of Barcelona.
Both sets of blueprints must be obtained in order to construct the device.
One team represents intelligence agents for the rogue state; the other is a Spanish intelligence services team which must get to the blueprints first in order to prevent the catastrophe from taking place!
