A little bit about our own team...

Jan Teede originally trained as a lawyer but found the profession a little too dry for his taste and moved into tourism. An author of several books on the Zambezi River, he found that the Creative Teaming concept fitted him like a hand in a glove. He now runs teaming programs in and around Barcelona and in the South of France - Why shouldn’t work be fun?

Berry Brown was born and raised in Africa, where he developed a deep love for the bush, Berry has travelled extensively and now owns a residence in Catalonia, where he enjoys exploring this wonderfully diverse area. A successful businessman and farmer and the father of  four sons, three of whom are part of the “Cansaf Team”, Berry is closely involved with Team-cat in Catalonia.

Luke Brown (25) is Zimbabwean born with a passion for the outdoors and tourism. He is a qualified Zoologist and since leaving university in 2004 has been involved in tourism, gaining professional experience in both southern Africa and the Middle East, working with highly acclaimed organizations. He is widely travelled and is passionate about working as a Creative Teamer. Being the youngest member in the team he aims to use his energy to help carry Creative Teaming to even greater heights.

Magali Quérol (32) was born in France where she was trained as a language teacher. Next to her teaching activities with teanagers and adults from all over the world, she organises events in cultures and sports. A few years ago, she decided to cross the Pyrénées to recover the roots of her family and enjoy the dynamism of Barcelona. She speaks french, spanish and english.

Suzanne Everaerts (29)
born in the Netherlands, has always had a passion for organization, hospitality & culinary arts (being brought up in a large family). Her studies in International Business & Hospitality Management took her around the globe from Maastricht to Vancouver and final graduation at the University of Manchester. She speaks Dutch, English and German fluently. She brings great expertise to the team having worked in the hospitality industry in Europe & the Middle East for over 10 years.

Brad Pohl was born and brought up in Northern Zimbabwe. He is a farmer turned graphic/web designer and was totally sold on the Creative Teaming concept after a day spent running around Johannesburg Zoo. His job was hiding clues and preventing over-zealous delegates from hurting themselves!
