We're a creative teaming and corporate leisure time structuring company based in the Catalonia region of North Eastern Spain - centred on the city of Barcelona, nearby Sitges, and in the Eastern Pyrenees in France. Our region enjoys warm sea and sparkling beaches, snow-capped mountains, an ancient and fascinating culture, and an average of 300 days of sunshine per year!
Barcelona enjoys an especially mild climate in the winter months. The region is served by regular cheap flights into Barcelona, Gerona, Perpignan, Toulouse, Carcassone, Nimes and Montpellier. Our team building concepts, are highly original and personalized to ensure that delegates not only have fun and bond effectively with one another but also take home with them pleasant memories and an enhanced knowledge of this fascinating area.
Our unique programs include elements which ensure that all participants excel at something, but not everything - that personal and political barriers between them are dismantled and everyone has a good time. The shorter programs are run mostly in Barcelona, Sitges, and Figueres.
The programs are constructed with a view towards achieving Inter-dependence among team members, ensuring that they have clear goals in each program, and that to succeed the participants need to communicate with one another and form a cohesive team. Although we are a multilingual organisation our programs are in English, designed for English speakers visiting or living in Catalonia.
